Our Commitment

INTREXIA CONSULTORES, S.L. is aware that our business has to be aligned with the needs and demands of society, so we have assumed the challenge and have committed to develop a PLAN FOR EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES BETWEEN WOMEN AND MEN in the company, following the guidelines established by the legislation on the matter and therefore we adhere completely to the principle of equal treatment and opportunities as stated in Organic Law 3/2007, for the effective equality of women and men. Starting on November 19, 2020 and up until November 19, 2023, we will create an Equality Committee, to diagnose and design an EQUALITY PLAN. Intrexia Consultores S.L. management and the company’s workers’s representatives want to share this exciting challenge with you and invite you to be an active part of this process. We will be announcing soon ways in which to participate. The result of this first phase will impact not only our human resources policy, butthe company’s internal and external communications for the next four years.

We see the implementation of this Equality Plan as a modernisation of our business management system that will undoubtedly improve our internal structure and our relations with society, and result in an environment where all our actions are free from genderdiscrimination, and will hopefully contribute to a society in which equality is real and effective.
